We would like to take this opportunity to explain our negative feedback because our customer service is very important to us. Since eBay no longer allows us to leave negatives for the buyers that are very very bad (including fraud even), the least we can do is explain ourselves and save some face so you can continue to be confident in buying from us.
On to them -
As anyone who works in customer service knows, there are those people that can really get under your skin... And as much as I try to please everyone, the customer is NOT always right. I can tolerate a lot - stupidity, late payments, language barriers, newbies.. what I have NO patience for is rude and mean people. Nothing makes me angrier than mean people. There is no need. That being said, every single one of my negative feedbacks are due to my stepping up to rude people and calling them out on it. Of course they then leave me negatives and include lovely lies to make me look like a jerk when its simply not the truth. I work my arms off for my customers. And I fully admit to when I do make a mistake, it DOES happen.
**the only people who seem to have a problem with this page are the people ON
it, funny how that works, huh?
Here are the facts my friends..
12/9/2011
I would like to address a situation that might have been seen recently (the
feedback from the buyer will be removed by eBay for misusing the eBay buyer
protection policy.)
This buyer bought some footwear and asked to use a money order. I said
yes, a Postal Money order only, and to be sure to include the item number with
payment. I received a NON Postal Money order shortly in the mail with no
information with it. No name, no shipping address, no item number, no
description of item. When I finally figured it out I told buyer that the
payment must clear in my bank and the item will ship out in 4 days to which she
apologized for her stupidity and said that would be fine. In the meantime
she attempted to open a dispute against me for non-receipt and began her threats
to "take me to court." Item shipped in 4 days, she left good feedback and she
received automatic feedback in response. I should have then blocked her
for all the hassle she put me though, but I didn't.
So a couple weeks later, she buys another pair of boots, and the real
headache begins. I told her to make sure its a US POSTAL money order this
time and to include the relevant information that I needed. A few days
later she asks where her boots are and I replied that they are here as I haven't
received payment yet. She then went absolutely crazy. From one hour
to the next she went from, oh no worries, I can cancel it and get a new one
since I have the receipt, to she's going to take me to court and I just need to
ship them immediately. it went on for days and days. A non payment
dispute case was opened by me and she got so angry at that, she got even worse.
She pretended to be a gay man on another website altogether (one for store
reviews) saying I was making fun of her gayness and that she bought a skirt and
I was calling her names and made up non existent crimes like hiring illegals and
having a DUI. Half of what she did didn't even make sense on a basic
English level. She claims that that I sent her plastic things and that I
sell dollar store crap (which I'm sure is why she kept buying from me..
name brand footwear at that.) This girl is an absolute whack job and if
you're reading this because you linked from her feedback, be aware.
I simply did not receive anything from her. I advised her to cancel it,
get a new one and send it with delivery confirmation to which she agreed to.
No harm there, and she wouldn't have been out any money on that... I
wasn't trying to "steal" anything, if I wanted to, I would have "stolen" her
first payment. Her latest claim is that the Post Office traced it to my
address, yet she absolutely refuses to tell me how they did that (tracking,
delivery confirmation, etc.)
Stay away from this one.. Feedback about a buyer never really shows
much as they're only allowed to be left positives. So when they're bad,
sellers are never aware of it. If she wants to pay with a non-approved
eBay method, you better hope it arrives or all hell will break loose in your
inbox.

see their ME page-read nasty things they say about
customers. BAD EXPERIENCE.
This was a very simple one - this smart cookie buys a pair of wide width
boots FOUR days before Halloween and asks me to ship them right away, which I
did - THAT day in fact, they were on the UPS truck. I did all I could.
So of course, AFTER Halloween, she claims that they didn't get there in time and
would like to return them. Okay, well even though we don't accepts returns
on special occasion items, sure, go ahead, return them for store credit. Because
that wasn't the answer she wanted to hear, she decided she'd open a dispute with
Paypal and call them "not as described" - and because she knows HOW the
system works, she got to send them back for a full refund, including shipping.
So once again, I got ripped off by yet another dishonest person. Watch
her, she appears to be a seller as well (which is why she knows the system.) She
claims that she requested USPS 2 day shipping, which she did not. She
asked me to ship ASAP so I had them on the truck SAME DAY. Listing
indicates shipping via USPS or UPS and this depends on where the item is and the
main warehouse ships UPS only. Nowhere do I indicate the method is the
choice of the buyer and even if I did, the buyer said nothing other than to ship
them immediately, which I did. If you're in that big of a hurry to receive
an item, you NEED to make sure it will get there in time BEFORE buying.
Not only that, but my listings clearly show a 4-5 day handling time (which, for
the last year or so has really been 1-2 days for domestic orders, but its kept
at 4-5 days as a default just to cover us for holidays and weekends and such.)
She needed them in 4 days and bought them anyway, quite obviously without
reading or paying any attention whatsoever to what she was doing. And
then, of course, as they all do, she became incredibly nasty, rude, outright
MEAN, even though I offered her to return them. ALL problems can be dealt
with in a nice manner, regardless of how bad the problem is. She was angry
at her own stupidity and took it out on me, naturally.
10/15/2011
Item purchased not in stock. Seller seems
to not be clear on inventory.
Seller is QUITE clear - these shoes *were* in stock, and then came on backorder before I
was able to end the listing. Crystal clear. With 3000+ listings, it
happens. This person had a bad attitude to begin with. Happy to be
me and not you!
10/2/2011
poor quality. Too long shipping time
First of all, they're $15.99 shoes... so not sure what this person was
expecting for that cost, but they're cute little canvas ballet flats, of which
we've sold HUNDREDS of. I've owned a couple of pairs for a matter of years
now and they're still just as fine and comfortable and walk-worthy. There
is always the possibility of a glue problem or a defect, in which case I would
have been perfectly happy to replace them.
Regarding the shipping time - domestic footwear is on the UPS truck within
TWO days. Int'l footwear is shipped usually within 4-5 days because we
have to get them here first to package up for overseas transit.
Really people, I'm not going to spend my
livelihood selling "bad quality" items.. I've been selling this brand for
10+ years, and if they sucked, I'd drop them and go with any of the hundreds of
other brands that sell the same thing.
PS - look at the feedback she's
left for others - she's negative happy... and judging by her stupid
picture, she's also an emo infused drama queen.

NO COMMUNICATION AT ALL!!!
When a buyer buys an item they're sent AT LEAST 3 automated emails along with
an invoice if they didn't pay immediately. This buyer didn't pay
immediately - in fact, THIS BUYER DIDN'T PAY AT ALL. eBay ended up opening
a non-paying case against them (which would have been another 2-3 emails sent to
them on our behalf.)
This buyer has not once emailed or messaged me and their inbox received AT
LEAST 6 emails in total for this one listing. They simply never paid for
it and got their feelings all hurt that they had a dispute opened against them.
5/17/2011
The seller happily took my money then
demanded moreand has ceased communication.
Seeing how this buyer bought
a pair of shoes, yes, I was indeed very happy to take their money.
However, we can't ship them until the shipping is paid for. So, yes, I
"demanded" more - in the form of sending a money request and a very nice email
explanation.
Ceased communication? Certainly not - why in the world would I do that
and who would it benefit? Now I have this forever pending order and a pair
of shoes that are paid for but can't ship and are now sitting in limbo and I
have a headache from all the bull. I sent *several* reminders, I would
absolutely LOVE for this transaction to be done with.
4/5/2011 - Rude Seller, Cheap quality lingerie corset.
As far as my being "sick in the head" - here are the facts:
This little girl wrote to me claiming that what we sent her was lingerie,
(sleepwear) when it was very, very clearly pictured and described as a boned
corset top, suitable as clubwear. Not church wear, not office wear, and
apparently not for going out with your daddy. Yes, she actually complained
that her DAD didn't like the top. I don't know what's going on in your
house little one, and I don't think I want to know either. It is even
pictured on a model wearing jeans. I don't know about other folks
but I know that I wouldn't wear a boned corset top and jeans to bed. Another complaint was that it had no privacy panel in back (which
as you can see, clearly shows that it does not have once, hence the lacing) -
and that it did not fit correctly. Long story short, I STILL
offered her a return/replacement.
Does anyone see a privacy panel?

12/7/10 -
Negative - DON'T BUY,dihonestOnce he has money,he doens't
mind if your item arrives or not!
Item was shipped to the buyer via Int'l Priority with tracking, and we have
PROOF of delivery. Buyer opened a Paypal claim and it was closed in our
favor (and we all know how hard Paypal is on sellers regarding proof) - buyer
tried to get a free pair of boots out of us. I'm seeing a general "theme"
here among these dishonest people.
12/4/10
- Neutral - Was refunded for this item they no longer have.
searching for antoher for X-mas
I'm going to assume this was a mistake
on the buyer's part. These shoes were IN stock, and they were shipped and
delivered.
-
updated - yes, this was a mistake and buyer removed feedback.
12/2/10
Neutral - Shipped quickly. Was as described. Didn't fit me. L/XL = smallish
Seriously? Why would WE be to blame for an item not fitting?? If
you have a fat neck, you should check measurements before buying..
6/5/2010
Neutral
- "Do not fit great, very hard and sits alittle off center, unable to return"
First of all, we did not MAKE these shoes. Second of all, they're simple flip flops, of which we've sold many of. If you are a person whose feet may or may not "sit" right in flip flops, there is something wrong with your feet and you need to buy shoes in person so that you can try them on first.
Second of all, [Even though we state very specifically that we don't take returns on footwear] I most certainly offered to take them back for store credit, because yes, I really try to make my customers happy. I offered a replacement, a different pair, anything. I gave him a RMA# and the return address on 6/7/2010. Feedback is an outright LIE.
6/1/2010
Neutral - had to cancel transaction. out of stock.
Yep - we ran out of stock. I emailed this dude 5 times offering them a refund or a replacement with my most sincerest apologies with absolutely no response at all. So I refunded them and canceled the transaction. Poop happens, I don't think I deserve a Neutral for this. I least I tried to communicate!

trop petite pour du 10
Really? You're going to buy a pair of shoes from another country, don't speak our language and then complain that the manufacturer's USA size runs small and then give ME a neutral for it? How in the world is this MY fault?? You're out of your freakin' mind!!!!
5/9/2010
Neutral
i never recibe the article but i gotmy money back.
- Yep, they said it. We sent her the package, she never received it, so we refunded her. Simple story. We ate ALL the costs for this even though its NOT our responsibility once packages leave our hands. Once again, here I am getting my ass kicked for trying to please a customer. I'm not handing out refunds anymore!
5/3/2010
Negative - Wrong Shoes, Wrong Size. Needed them for this weekend and now it aint happening.
- I know exactly which shoes we sent her because I looked at them before taping them up. She claimed to have sent them back and then demanded her money returned. I don't think so playa! We're too smart for your fraud like the Idiot below you who ended up with a police investigation against her.
"BEWARE!!Seller did NOT send described pants. Made in Taiwan. Fake. Seller RUDE!!"
This ordeal has lasted weeks, and was trouble from the very first email I got from this buyer before they bought from us. I should have known to block her. We did not send her fake jeans, and to make a long story short, she ended up with two pairs, and shipped us back and empty package. Police report has been filed for the empty package and personal threats along with Postal Fraud investigation.

"slow shippment, lack of communication, unpleasant seller."
This girl was sent a buyer notification, an invoice, a confirmation of payment, and FOUR personalized emails from me. Yes, I admit, shipping was a little slower right now because we had a holiday (Labor Day, so very sorry) and there was a clothing convention both in Las Vegas and in London and this usually slows us down just a little bit. In all of my emails to her I was very humble and thankful and would have even gone the extra step of refunding her shipping had I known she was so unhappy.
Instead, I get an unfounded negative and she gets into my hall of fame. If I'm ever accused of something I did actually do, I fully admit it. This girl accused me of treating people like purses. Anyone want to explain this smart one to me?
I was not unpleasant. However, I certainly BECAME unpleasant with her, this is 100% true.
8/27/09
"Nasty, rude seller. very unhelpful."
I am many, many things. I am extremely vain and selfish and I hold grudges, yes. But not nasty, rude or unhelpful.
I went above and beyond in composing several lengthy emails to this guy. He bought a lovely skirt from us.. I received an email shortly after demanding a refund because "it didn't fit" - without even expecting to return it - just a straight refund, even though exact measurements were in the listing. I responded with the fact that our store policy clearly states that we will exchange for store credit only and explained the reasons for this policy.
When clothing items don't fit, we're happy to take them back for store credit - for ANYthing in our store. This is reasonable, yes?
Yet he kept demanding his money back, then trying to claim that the measurements didn't match up. The funny thing is that we have still another skirt, exactly like the one he bought. I measured it, and took pictures of the measurements and oh, he was not happy with the fact that I caught him in a lie.
He already wore the skirt, and this is why we, and most smart stores, have this policy. It's dirtbags like him.

"SLOW shipper. Only ships 1 every few weeks. Poor quality 2nd hand, stained, bad."
"Terrible experience. Shoe stained and ruined. Not wearable. No reply to emails"
First of all, Cupcake started this lovely transaction by immediately sending emails demanding his order NOW - to which I replied with the status and yet more explanations aside from the 2 he already received in our confirmation emails. 2 days later Cupcake emailed me again stating that one of the shoes had a dark stain on the toes. I actually took these out of the cellophane from the manufacturer myself, took the little sticks out of the shoes as well as the little packets of fresh-dots, wrapped them both in tissue paper and shipped them myself. There were no stains. However, you never know what can happen during shipment and what sort of things that can get into waterproof packaging, so I simply explained that even though they weren't stained when they left my hands, I'd be happy to replace them. I simply asked for a photo. Rather than receiving this photo, Cupcake leaves me bad feedback. Are you enjoying your shoes that you tried to get for free, Cupcake?
By the way, Cupcake, we ship 2-3 times per week, not once every few weeks. Had you read the terms, you would have known that.

"Paid quick wouldn't ship priority after invoicing me for priority Harrassed me!"
"- Rude seller! Billed wrong amount at least refunded $ dont waste ur time horrible"
To try to make a long story short - Ms. Honest got a deal. I accepted two offers for shoes & boots that she made days apart from each other and tried to give her combined shipping. As clearly stated, footwear domestically ships via UPS and she kept demanding that we ship USPS Priority for the shipping cost we charged (which was full price for 1st pair, half price for second). Clearly not understanding of this simple concept, I tried to explain to her that a 12 lb package from California to Florida is not going to be cheap and what I was charging her was what the cost was. Well as it turns out, I am the "2nd biggest idiot on ebay" - personally insulting me and throwing a tantrum because she simply didn't understand. While throwing out these insults she casually threatened to "consider canceling" the order if I didn't IMMEDIATELY give her what she wanted. So I did us both the favor and refunded her and canceled them myself. We reserve the right to refuse service to any Donkey, and I did just that. I gave her money back and she was so dumbfounded that she left me two untrue negatives. I had even offered to ship the second pair for only $2 after she threw her first fit. Yeah, I went out of my way and this is how I'm treated.
11/05/08
neutral - "sold item they didn't have in stock-did refund $ . Wouldn't buy from again."
Its true.. There was a mistake in our inventory - I have like 3,000 listings up, it happens. She bought a dress and when we went to package it, it wasn't there. So I immediately sent a refund and apologized profusely. She expressed her disappointment in which I offered her other options, colors or sizes. I did not receive a reply, but rather this feedback.
Yep, I messed up the order. Yes I did. I also had great communication and was very sorry and she immediately got her money back. So there it is. Wouldn't buy from again? Okay!
10/17/08
"never received, they forgot to ship, took way too long, got a refund instead, F-"
This lovely lady bought a pair of boots and a pair of ballet flats. We shipped out the boots and forgot to put the flats in the box. She got the box and emailed me to this effect. Oops! I apologized and said I'd get them in the mail right away to which she responded, well its too cold now can I just get my money back for them? Sure thing. Refund happened instantly. She then asked when the shoes would be shipped. WTF? I just refunded her! You got it folks, - she wanted free shoes. She said, oh no, I wanted my money back AND the shoes for free, seeing how it was YOUR mistake. It certainly was my mistake but she wasn't gonna get free shoes. Another person out for free stuff. Her with her FOUR feedbacks.
(It is taking a lot for me to hold back right now on the insults. Yes, even I am weak at times)
09/12/08
neutral- "Good item! But no response to ebay Qs, had to email via address on paypal."
Well obviously I didn't receive your questions.. I replied to the one I got directly to my email didn't I? Hmm.. Maybe I didn't get the notifications through ebay, huh? Yeah, what a concept. Or maybe you didn't press that cute little "send" button.
07/10/08
SIX neutrals (all the same)- "ok mais emballage très light arrivé ouvert et déchiré par chance rien d'abimé"
This bright bag of falling hammers had a HUGE shipment of footwear overseas. We packed it all up into a big box and sent it on its way. I get an email from her saying it was all beat up on arrival. I responded with my apologies and to please let me know if anything was damaged and that I would replace it immediately. She never freakin' responded and instead left me SIX neutrals.
FYI - very very VERY rarely are our packages damaged in shipment.
06/03/08
neutral:
- "was out of stock on the finish advertised"
Indeed we were. She one bought a pair of patent boots but we were out. I offered a diff. pair or a refund immediately. Crap happens, and my communication and customer service were awesome, as usual.

"TRIED TO OPEN DISPUTE 90 DAYS LATER - POOR COMMUNICATION - DO NOT BUY HERE!"
OMG this one is funny people - I bought from THEM!!!!!! I bought a game, and inadvertently forgot about it.. 3 months later I realize, hey I never got it, so I emailed with no response and tried to file a claim but was denied because I was too late. I GOT RIPPED OFF AND THEY LEFT ME A NEGATIVE. omg. I really have nothing more to say. Hope you enjoyed my free money. (not really.)
That's as far back as I remember..
