International buyers, if you're looking for shipping rates, please check the "payment and shipping" tab at the top of the description for rates.  We ship worldwide and we do combine.  **In order for us to have Seller Protection, eBay REQUIRES us to send your package via Priority mail, which comes with tracking.  If you have less than 100 feedbacks, this WILL be a requirement for your order.  If you choose First Class at checkout, you WILL BE SENT A MONEY REQUEST FOR THE UPGRADE!!** - sorry guys, a few bad apples have spoiled it. 

Returns - in the case that we honor a return/exchange, all shipping charges will be paid for by the buyer.  This, for obvious reasons, does not apply to manufacturer's defects or mistakes on our part.  Any error from us will be paid for by us. 

FOOTWEAR

Some of our footwear is shipped out with the original manufacturer's box taped up and the label put on the box.  Lately we've had a few complaints about this as the box has either been a little beat up in transit (with the footwear being just fine, as that's precisely what the box is for, protecting the insides) or the customer wanted to have a nice pristine box for whatever reason.  If you would like your shoes, and their box, shipped in another box, please let us know and we still send you a money request for $4 for the cost of the box.  **We can also use shipping paper at no additional cost.  Just ask!

A note on footwear - alot of our footwear is UNISEX - meaning if you buy a pair of something in a women's size 8 and receive a size 6, don't panic ~ unisex [mens] have a two-size difference from women's. 

RETURNS

Returns/exchanges will be for store credit of the original purchase price plus a 20% restocking fee.  We're already paying for two 10'x10' storage units and the more we store the more expensive it gets.  We absolutely do NOT honor refund requests.  Please don't ask.

So - Please be sure of your size before buying.  If you have questions about sizing - let us know- we're glad to help.  A return is pricey for both buyers and sellers so we really REALLY try to discourage it and unfortunately have to implement the 20% rule. 

Some of our footwear is in stock right here, some of it is in stock in the main warehouse.   At the time of listing every auction, we are sure that they are in stock in the sizes listed either in our stock or the main warehouse.  We also do periodic inventory updates to keep our items current on ebay. 

 4-5 days handling applies for footwear being sent to Int'l destinations - this is because our warehouse only ships to the USA.  If you're outside of the USA, we have to send for your item(s) from the warehouse to ship ourselves via USPS.  This can take up to 5 business days. 

 If by some chance the item you bought is no longer in stock, you will be either issued an immediate refund, given credit or we will work with you to find an alternative item - whichever you prefer.  If your item does happen to be out of stock there is no need to get nasty and leave negative feedback - as we said you'll be given your money back, no harm done.  We've asked that you read these terms before making your purchase, therefore you do understand that there is a very small risk of the item not being available. If you have any question whatsoever or if you would like us to confirm the availability of an item before purchasing it, just drop us an e-mail and we will answer you as soon as our monkeys give us the message.

FITTING

Because the majority of our shoes are shipped out of the main warehouse, we cannot provide specific measurements for you.

We've included a general sizing chart below.  Please note that Pleaser/Bordello tend to run a bit smaller than Demonia so please keep that in mind and if you're a half size, GO UP.

Within US

Most footwear sent within US is shipped via UPS. UPS carries a 1-6 day delivery time - depending on how close you are to California.  UPS packages INCLUDE up to $100.00 insurance, delivery confirmation and complete detailed tracking from door to door.  There is typically a 2-4 business day handling time for Domestic footwear orders.

Klothing within the US is sent via USPS Priority, which has a 2-3 day delivery time with a 1-3 day handling time, MOST of the time.  This does not include weekends, holidays and time off, which does happen from time to time.

 If you need your package by a certain date - please let us know so we can put a rush on it or work with you as to other shipping methods. 

Winner agrees to make payment within ten (10) days of auction close unless pre-arrangement has been made with us. CA residents add 8.75% sales tax. eBay automatically files unpaid item disputes for us, so sending a message that you're going to be late with your payment won't stop this action.
