Update - shipping rates have changed.. your shipping rate may differ from that you see on the auction listings until we can get everything updated!
Another update - Some items can take up to 2 weeks to be ready to ship out. If you buy something and need it ASAP, please check with us first. This is because we've run out of room for our growing stock of clothes and footwear. We've had to secure another storage facility which is NOT on site and will have access to it about once a week or so and we will only be grabbing them once bought so we don't have to go back and forth (for those lovely flakers out there than have no intention on paying for what they've bought)
Because of this we don't have access to measure some items until they're actually bought.
With that said, if you didn't read this first and then complain that your stuff is taking too long, I'm going to refer you right back to this page and remind you that in the auction it specifically states that you must read the terms before purchasing with us. =)
About US - As you may know by now - we are serious animal lovers. We rescue and rehabilitate them and when necessary find them good homes. The profits from our business do not fund lavish trips to Europe and unnecessary plastic surgery, they fund the care for the animals. Be assured that when you buy from us, your money is going to a wonderful cause. We donate to every animal group out there as well as to the local shelters.. We also foster animals that are waiting for good adoptive homes.

FOOTWEAR
A note on footwear - alot of our footwear is UNISEX - meaning if you buy a pair of something in a women's size 8 and receive a size 6, don't panic and send us a nasty email. Unisex [mens] have a two-size difference from women's.
We cannot accept returns on footwear. Please be sure of your size before buying. If you have questions about sizing - let us know- we're glad to help. (we do make a few exceptions, email us if yer desperate.)
Some of our footwear is in stock right here, some of it is in stock in the main warehouse. At the time of listing every auction, we are sure that they are in stock in the sizes listed either in our stock or the main warehouse. We also do periodic inventory updates to keep our items current on ebay.
If by some chance the item you bought is no longer in stock, you will be either issued an immediate refund, given credit or we will work with you to find an alternative item - whichever you prefer. If your item does happen to be out of stock there is no need to get nasty and leave negative feedback - as we said you'll be given your money back, no harm done. We've asked that you read these terms before making your purchase, therefore you do understand that there is a very small risk of the item not being available. If you have any question whatsoever or if you would like us to confirm the availability of an item before purchasing it, just drop us an e-mail and we will answer you as soon as our monkeys give us the message.
FITTING
Apparently we're having some trouble with people who do not understand unisex shoes. If you buy unisex shoes (meaning for either a boy or a girl) in a size women's 8 and receive a size 6 - do not panic and jump to Paypal to file your claim. There is a 2-size difference in unisex shoes. A women's 8 will be a men's 6 - a women's 10 will be a men's 8. Kay? - whether we've spelled it out in the specific auction or not, your shoes may be unisex. In fact, unless they are high heels or have little pink bows on them, most likely they ARE unisex. Misfits shoes, Slipknot shoes, creepers and boots are not worn by women exclusively. I know - big news huh? So if you order a women's size and receive a men's and its 2 sizes smaller - smile, you've received the correct size. On that note, if you're a man and you buy those heels with the little pink bows in a men's 12 - you will receive a women's 14. But I'm sure you already knew that. - if you're still having trouble with this concept, please don't bid on the auction you're looking at. Go to the mall where you can try everything on and feel confident at what you're buying. (*Some Draven/Vision boxes indicate that there is a 1.5 size difference in men's women's, but after careful measurement and thousands of happy customers, we've come to the conclusion that they're wrong - the 2 size difference is more accurate.)
Because the majority of our shoes are shipped out of the main warehouse, we cannot provide specific measurements for you. As a general rule of thumb for Demonia, if you are in-between sizes we suggest you go up and not down. For girls shoes, we did do some hand measuring and have some general measurements in inches for ya:
size 6 = approx. 9" size 7 = approx. 9.5" size 8 = approx. 9.75" size 9 = approx. 10" size 10 = approx. 10.25" size 11 = approx. 10.75"
SHIPPING
Within US
Most Klothing within the US is sent via USPS Priority, which has a 2 - 3 day delivery time. Please remember that UPS and USPS delivery time is just that - UPS/USPS delivery time. It is not the time it takes from the minute you pay until you receive them. We still have to process your payment, package the stuff, and take them to a drop-off location or call for a pickup. That could take from 1 - 4 days. If you need your package by a certain date - please let us know so we can put a rush on it or work with you as to other shipping methods. If you are opposed to either method, please let us know as from time to time instead of UPS we use USPS for a quicker delivery time.
Outside US
International shipping charges do NOT cover possible applicable
customs fees, taxes, or duties. You may be responsible for additional
charges. That money does not go to us, it goes to your Country, we have
nothing to do with it and we can't make it go away. YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE
FOR YOUR OWN CUSTOMS FEES!

Winner agrees to make payment within ten (10) days of auction close unless pre-arrangement has been made with us. CA residents add 7.75% sales tax. If you have any questions, feel free to email at
sales@redemptionklothing.com All sales are final. Here are the rules. Due to our limited supply, and that fact that most of our stuff sells quickly, most klothing exchange requests cannot be honored. However, if we do have an available replacement item if something doesn't fit, we will do an exchange with you. All shipping costs and a $3 handling fee will be applied. Please read the sizing charts that are included with the auctions carefully. We do not accept footwear return/exchange requests. This is because we send this stuff out in the manufactures box brand new. If we exchanged, the condition of the box upon us getting it back would make it impossible for us to resell the item as new. Our advice is, if your shoes don't fit, resell them as new but never worn. As a company, ALL of our shoes are new, unworn, and with a new box as well. (unless otherwise stated, as we previously have accepted returns, so we have a few pairs to sell without the boxes.)
